Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced ATM Business Analyst to support a large-scale ATM Migration and Transformation initiative. This role will partner with business stakeholders ATM vendors and technology teams to gather requirements analyze system impacts and ensure successful implementation across ATM applications switching platforms and banking integrations.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in ATM transaction processing switching authorization flows and migration projects within retail banking environments.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Business Analyst for ATM migration and modernization initiatives.

Gather analyze and document business and technical requirements.

Analyze ATM transaction flows functionality and system integrations.
-
Produce BRD FRD use cases process flows and data mapping documentation.
-
Perform impact analysis and maintain requirements traceability.
-
Coordinate with development QA infrastructure and vendor teams throughout delivery.
-
Support UAT planning execution defect triage and issue resolution.
-
Facilitate stakeholder meetings walkthroughs and status updates.
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory security and banking standards.
Required Skills & Experience

8-12 years of Business Analysis experience.

Strong domain expertise in ATM systems and banking channels.
-
Hands-on experience with ATM migration or modernization programs.

Deep understanding of:

ATM transaction types & workflows
-
Switching & authorization processes
-
Settlement & reconciliation processes
-
Experience working with ATM vendors and switch platforms such as:

NCR
-
Diebold
-
FIS
-
Fiserv
-
NDC / ISO 8583 messaging
-
Strong documentation analytical and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in retail banking payments or card operations.

Prior involvement in large-scale banking transformation programs.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and vendor coordination.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
