Duration: 8 Weeks (Potential Extension)
Schedule: 42.5 Hours per Week
Pay Rate: $24.00 per Hour
Work Setting: Onsite

Monday & Thursday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Wednesday & Friday: 6:30 AM 3:30 PM

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant with Occupational Health experience to support both front and back-office clinical operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Greet and room patients
Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls
Record and document vital signs
Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture procedures
Conduct EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing
Administer vaccines as directed
Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems
Provide clinical and administrative support
Assist with front and back-office workflow coordination

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (excluding externship)
Occupational Health experience required
Strong phlebotomy/venipuncture skills required
Experience working with EMR systems
Active BLS or CPR certification
Strong communication and computer skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
