Job Summary
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Revit Drafter with strong commercial project experience to support our design and construction teams. This role will be responsible for producing accurate high-quality Revit models and construction documents for commercial buildings such as offices retail healthcare education and mixed-use facilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and understands the fast-paced nature of commercial project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Create update and maintain Revit models and construction drawings for commercial projects.
- Produce detailed architectural and/or MEP drawings including plans elevations sections details and schedules.
- Collaborate with architects engineers project managers and field teams to ensure design intent and constructability.
- Incorporate redlines and revisions into drawing sets accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Maintain drawing standards templates and families to ensure consistency across projects.
- Prepare permit sets bid sets and as-built drawings.
- Participate in coordination meetings and support project documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes standards and client requirements.
- Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workload across several projects.
$30 - $37 an hour
