Job Summary

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revit Drafter with strong commercial project experience to support our design and construction teams. This role will be responsible for producing accurate high-quality Revit models and construction documents for commercial buildings such as offices retail healthcare education and mixed-use facilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and understands the fast-paced nature of commercial project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Create update and maintain Revit models and construction drawings for commercial projects.
Produce detailed architectural and/or MEP drawings including plans elevations sections details and schedules.
Collaborate with architects engineers project managers and field teams to ensure design intent and constructability.
Incorporate redlines and revisions into drawing sets accurately and efficiently.
Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools.
Maintain drawing standards templates and families to ensure consistency across projects.
Prepare permit sets bid sets and as-built drawings.
Participate in coordination meetings and support project documentation.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes standards and client requirements.
Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workload across several projects.

$30 - $37 an hour
