Impact Youll Make:
Invoice Management:
Prepare review and process invoices while
ensuring that billing aligns with contractual terms and agreements. Experience with Electronic Invoice submissions are a plus
Data Analysis:
Analyze billing data for discrepancies errors or anomalies.
Reconcile accounts and resolve invoicing issues promptly.
Compliance and Accuracy:
Ensure compliance with company policies legal standards and industry regulations.
Verify and update billing information in the system as needed.
Reporting:
Generate and analyze reports related to billing accounts receivable and revenue.
Provide regular updates to management on billing performance and metrics.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with the finance sales and customer service teams to address billing queries. Liaise with clients to resolve billing disputes and payment delays. Experience working with Salesforce and High Radius is a plus.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes for greater efficiency.
Assist in implementing new billing systems or tools.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:
