Who we are looking for

We are seeking CNC Setup/Operators to perform machine setups and operate CNC (computer numerical controlled) machinery to fabricate parts that meet customer this role you will be responsible for setting up 3 4 and 5 axis CNC mills or lathes running production and non-production jobs and supporting quality and process standards on the shop floor. We are currently hiring for both shifts.

• 1st Shift:6am-3:30pm 5 day work week Monday-Friday
• 2nd Shift: 4pm-4:30am 4 day work week Monday-Thursday

What you will get to do

• Perform complete setups on 3 4 and 5 axis CNC mills or CNC lathes to machine parts that meet customer specifications
• Verify machine readiness and safely operate vertical and horizontal machining centers following setup completion
• Perform inspection per Process Routing Documents and accurately document results to ensure part conformance
• Troubleshoot machining or quality issues in coordination with supervisors and quality personnel
• Complete production reports and associated documentation
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and maintain a clean organized work area
• Perform manual deburring operations as needed
• Follow all applicable Quality Management System procedures work instructions and safety standards
• Safeguard company customer and supplier property

What you bring to the team

• 2-5 years CNC experience with 1 years of appropriate setup experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Must have experience reading blueprints and using calipers height gauges and micrometers.
• Proficient with machining operations like drilling milling and tapping
• Familiar with vertical and horizontal machines
• Demonstrates inspection competence.
• Demonstrates basic mathematical skills
• Has both mechanical and technical capacity
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
