Responsibilities

Clean and maintain outdoor and common areas
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms
Complete basic landscaping and grounds upkeep
Patch paint and repair walls sidewalks and other surfaces
Perform basic carpentry (doors cabinets fixtures etc.)
Repair or troubleshoot equipment and appliances
Assist with minor electrical plumbing and HVAC repairs
Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed
Identify and report larger repair needs requiring professional service
Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance worker
Familiarity with hand tools power tools and basic electrical equipment
Working knowledge of electrical plumbing or HVAC systems
Basic math skills
Strong communication skills
Organized dependable and solution-oriented
Good attention to detail
