About the role:

The Producer willoversee the costing pre-production production anddeliveryofad-hocintegrated productionsunder the guidance of theSenior and Executive Producers. Ensuring the job is delivered on time and on budget whilst also ensuring agency and client requirements are met.

They will haveand developa good understandingofVideo broadcastanddigitaldisciplines and work hand in hand withour editors and developers. They will create timing plans/budgets within our own systems assume responsibility for the review/approval process of the creativeoutputand ensure the projects they own run on time and on budget.

What you will be doing:

  • Staying true to the creative vision of our productions& content deliveries.
  • Effectively liaising with theClientCreativeandAccount Management departments to fully understand the requirements expectations and visionofeachproductionraisinginatimelymanneranypotentialissuesrelatingtocostorcreative.Taking client briefs interrogate proposed budgets agree estimates assign responsibility book suite time distribute feedback and manage project progress. and liaising with our external partners and/or our production hubs to produce content on time and in budget.
  • Calculating a thorough andaccuratebudget for each production gaining sign-off from the client. Making sure that all parties are aware of any limitations imposed by the budget.
  • Handling clearance and delivery responsibilities for any broadcast briefs for TVradioand/or cinema.
  • Overseeing allpostproduction QC ingest and output of assets within the delivery process.Overseeing all postproduction processes including but not limited to VO records music compositions/searches offline/online animation & finishing.
  • Managing digital and video projects frominitialbrief to final delivery. Stages include creative developmentdesignand production across a range of deliverables from standard and rich media banners across desktop mobile and tablet devices as well as email marketing landing pages wallpapers and other DOOH. AV will include TV & online & social platforms.
  • Liaising with multiple third-party agencies to ensure the delivery of productionmastersand project files.
  • Responsible for ensuring all reconciliation & financial processes and ensuring that all necessary campaign documents are supplied talent and music usage negotiated & logged correctly fact sheets arecompletedand all costs are reconciled/reported to the account lead.
  • Liaising closely with our internal production leads to ensure we are always following bestpractice.
  • Have a strong understanding of ourclientsbusinesses and their communicationobjectives. Champion effective and personable communications with all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our internal teams & external clients to push production boundaries enhance ourreputationand contribute to the development oflong lastingclient relationships.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • The ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectivelyprioritisingplanningaheadand overseeing multiple tasks at any onetime.
  • 3years experienceof managing integrated campaigns in a Creative and Production Agency with good knowledge of digital and moving imageproduction.
  • Strongtrack recordin executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • UsedtoleveragingDigital / Film / Video Productionexpertiseas part ofa holistic approachto campaign execution.
  • PreviousExperience of Budget Management and Schedulingessential.
  • PreviousExperience of Resource and Production services sourcingessential.
  • A strong financialacumen and ability to deliver on financial reporting/forecasting.
