FP&A Intern (Finance Internship)
(Duration: 2 - 6 months)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Intern to support our Finance team. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial planning reporting and analysis within a dynamic business environment.
The role is ideal for students who want to gain practical exposure to FP&A processes and financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of monthly reporting packages
- Assist in updating forecast and budget templates
- Maintain and update Excel trackers (e.g. headcount cost revenue)
- Perform basic variance analysis (Actual vs Plan)
- Help validate data between ERP and planning tools
- Support data uploads and template preparation
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint slides for reporting
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and data requests
- Ensure documentation of processes is updated
- Help identify simple automation opportunities in Excel
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business or related field
- Basic understanding of financial statements
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables formulas)
- PowerBI is a plus
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
