Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our clientto hire aSoftware Engineer IIwith strongDevOps engineeringexpertise and hands-onCustomer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)experience to support mission-critical banking is a 6-12 month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo NY (onsite 4 days/week). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Design maintain and supporthighly stable DevOps pipelines and cloud-based application environmentsacross dev test UAT and production with strict separation and access controls.
- Ensureenvironment parity and configuration consistency actively managing configuration drift and release promotion processes to minimize risk and downtime.
- SupportCIAM platforms and integrationsused by external banking customers including secure login registration MFA account recovery and lifecycle management.
- Implement and maintainsecure authentication and authorization flowsleveraging OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect (OIDC) and MFA solutions in compliance with banking security standards.
- Partner with application teams to enablesecure automated CI/CD prioritizing reliability traceability and rollback capabilities.
- Participate inoperational support incident response and root cause analysis with a focus on customer impact and service resiliency.
- Adhere to and supportaudit compliance and risk management requirements including change management access reviews logging and monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with security architecture and compliance teams to ensure CIAM and DevOps practices align with enterprise and regulatory expectations.
What Youll Need to Have:
- 3 years of hands-on DevOps engineering experiencesupporting production applications in thebanking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding ofoperational rigor including change control audit readiness segregation of duties and regulated SDLC processes.
- Proven experience managinghighly stable segregated environments(dev test UAT prod) with disciplined release promotion and environment governance.
- Demonstrated ability to maintainuptime data integrity and customer-facing stabilityin high-availability systems.
- Hands-on experience supportingCustomer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)solutions in banking contexts including:
- Secure authentication and authorization flows
- OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Customer identity lifecycle management
- Integration with downstream banking and customer-facing systems
Pay Range:$70-$74/hr
