Job Summary
IMPORTANT: An active Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state of Texas is strictly required for this position.

As a Wax Specialist you are the expert our guests trust to help them look and feel their best. Youll use our proprietary comfort wax to deliver an exceptional experience. This role requires you to be comfortable and confident performing full-body waxing services for both women and men.

A Day in the Life: Expert Service
Full-Body Expertise: Perform high-quality waxing services for men and women following EWCs proprietary techniques.
The Hub Experience: Start your journey as a Hub-let learning from our Regional Wax Trainers in a collaborative high-energy classroom environment.
Education & Sales: Educate guests on the frequency of waxing and recommend EWCs proprietary products to maintain their results at home.
Suite Integrity: Maintain a clean sanitized and fully stocked wax suite in compliance with all Texas (TDLR) safety and health procedures.
Scheduling & Availability
Dynamic Scheduling: This role requires flexibility to meet our guests needs. You will work a variety of shifts and are required to work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week.
What You Bring
The License: A current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
The Vibe: You work hard youre honest youre punctual and you light up the room!
Comfort Level: You are open and comfortable performing all face and body waxing services for both male and female guests. * Note: While full-body waxing for all guests is required performing Brazilian services for male guests is optional and involves specialized advanced training.
The Mindset: You are coachable and eager to master new techniques through our world-class training.
What You Get
Guaranteed Base Tips Uncapped Commission & Bonuses! You are always paid your hourly base ($9/hr) on top of your sales and tips.
Earning Potential: New specialists typically earn $16$19 per hour (total comp) after training. Our top-tier specialists earn $20$25 per hour.
