Are you a relationship-builder who loves connecting people with services that truly make a difference Were a growing non-medical home care agency in Charlotte North Carolina looking for a Commission-Based Marketing Representative to help expand our referral network and community presence.

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated marketer who wants flexibility uncapped earning potential and meaningful work supporting seniors and families.

What Youll Do:
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with:
    • Hospitals and discharge planners
    • Skilled nursing and rehab facilities
    • Assisted and independent living communities
    • Care managers social workers and community partners
  • Promote our non-medical home care services to the community
  • Represent our agency at networking events health fairs and meetings
  • Track leads referrals and conversions
  • Collaborate with leadership to grow brand awareness and census
What Were Looking For:
  • Experience in healthcare home care senior services or B2B marketing preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who is organized and results-driven
  • Familiarity with senior care landscape is a plus
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Compensation:
  • Commission-based pay (uncapped earning potential)
