Job Summary
What are we looking for
Were looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our Sensors team and ensure the quality of cutting-edge endpoint agents and browser extensions that inspect analyze and secure Generative AI traffic.
This role combines hands-on manual testing strong test automation and work with leading Generative AI apps. Over time youll drive automation deep enough to minimize non-automatic testing and eliminate it wherever possible.
What will you Do
- Build and maintain automated tests across APIs endpoint agents and browser extensions
- Validate Generative AI application compatibility with our security products
- Perform manual QA with a clear automation-first mindset
- Test our software distribution across MDMs
- Ensure strong coverage of critical components and close testing gaps
- Work closely with development to continuously improve product quality and delivery
What experience or knowledge should you bring
- Proven experience as a Senior QA Automation Engineer
- Strong coding skills- is our primary stack
- Hands-on experience testing networking products with a balance of manual and automatic testings
- Strong debugging skills and ability to triage complex issues
- Experience building CI pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions)
- Self-driven proactive and curious with strong ownership and accountability
Nice to have
- Experience testing Generative AI systems or agents
- An AI engineering first approach
- Background in OS internals (MAC WIN) system administration
- Experience testing endpoint agents and/or browser extensions
