Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable clean and organized School Cook to join our team! This position is responsible for preparing nutritious meals and snacks for children in a busy positive school environment.
Schedule:
MondayFriday
No nights or weekends required
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve breakfast lunch and snacks daily
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow menus and portion guidelines
- Ensure timely meal service for 130170 children each day
- Work cooperatively with school staff
- Lift and move boxes and food products as needed
Requirements:
- Current Food Handlers Permit
- No criminal background
- Previous food service experience required
- Ability to lift and carry boxes and food products
- Clean organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
