Your Responsibilities:

Verification of incoming invoices forwarding to the accounting department and control
Preparation and adaptation of (permanent) payment instructions for all rental properties in Germany
Preliminary review of rent adjustments (rent increases) in accordance with the lease agreements
Preliminary review of operating cost statements by comparing the billing items with the provisions of the rental agreements and the previous years statements
Account clarification with accounting in case of discrepancies
Paper and digital tenant file management
Data management in the companys own lease management system for monitoring the deadlines of current leases (e.g. on the expiry of the fixed lease term exercising the options to extend the lease or issuing notices of termination etc.)

Your Profile:

Completed commercial/vocational training (no additional professional experience required)
Basic business and economic understanding
Strong affinity for numbers
Structured and organized working style
Strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of accounting processes is an advantage
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
