This position requires working on-site 3 days per week.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Execute and monitor daily treasury operations including payment processing support bank transfers and account reconciliations.
- Control cash flow forecast liquidity needs and identify and report operational deviations.
- Act as the main point of contact with banking partners resolving operational issues opening and maintaining bank accounts updating records and tracking transactions.
- Support the implementation of operational improvements including process automation and financial systems integration.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations related to treasury payments and banking operations.
- Prepare operational reports and key performance indicators to support management decision-making.
- Assist internal and external audits by providing required documentation and operational information.
- Support accounts payable processes ensuring timely payments and accurate transaction documentation.
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Economics or a related field.
- Proven 2 years experience in treasury operations accounts payable or banking operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP is desirable) and advanced Excel skills; exposure to automation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of local regulations related to payments transfers and banking operations.
- Fluent in Spanish; intermediate to advanced English required. Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Experience in automating treasury or finance operational processes.
- Previous experience supporting financial operations in Argentina or other Latin American countries.
- Experience working within a regional or centralized treasury structure.
- Analytical proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
