Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Were looking for a Senior Product Designer based in LATAM to join the Design Systems core team and help scale maintain and evolve a robust multi-brand design system used across a portfolio of globally recognized digital products.
This is a 100% remote contractor role for a systems-minded designer who enjoys working at the intersection of design consistency scalability and accessibility.
Youll collaborate closely with Product Designers Engineers and Design leadership to ensure that shared components patterns and tokens enable teams to build high-quality consistent experiences efficiently across brands.
Requirements
What you will do:
- Build maintain and evolve design system components used across multiple products and brands.
- Manage and structure Figma libraries documentation and usage guidelines.
- Work with design tokens variables and theming to support multi-brand scalability.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure consistency between design and implementation.
- Ensure accessibility standards are embedded into components and patterns.
- Support designers across teams in adopting and contributing to the design system.
- Help define reusable patterns that enable faster more consistent product development.
What were looking for:
- 4 years of product design experience with strong exposure to design systems work.
- Proven experience building and maintaining design system components.
- Deep proficiency in Figma libraries variables and documentation practices.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Systems thinking and attention to scalability and consistency.
Nice to have:
- Experience with design-to-code workflows (React CSS or similar).
- Familiarity with Storybook or similar component documentation tools.
- Experience working in multi-brand environments.
- Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams.
