Full-Stack Founding Engineer

Job Description:
As the first engineering hire you will lead the evolution of an AI agent prototype into a production-ready platform. You will translate product vision into technical architecture managing the transition from custom agent infrastructure to a robust enterprise-grade product. This is a high-agency role for a technical leader looking to shape a foundational engineering culture.

What you will do:

Transition a TypeScript/ prototype into a scalable production-ready enterprise product
Lead and manage the technical build-out making critical decisions on architecture and custom agent infrastructure
Collaborate directly with founders to translate high-level product strategy into optimal technical implementation

The ideal candidate:

Expert proficiency in full-stack development using TypeScript React and
Proven experience building or managing complex custom backend systems and AI-related infrastructure
High-agency operator with the judgement required to lead a platform build in a high-growth environment
