We are in an exciting transition to have more focus on our digital product innovation to create scalable best in class customer journeys. Our department Group Product focuses on developing innovating and driving forward digital products right across the Postcode Lottery Group. This includes things like developing websites mobile apps and internal software. By collaborating across each of the Postcode Lottery countries we see benefits of using the same technology and blueprints to build our local products which will mean faster and more efficient development.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our transformation solving complex problems and delivering products that reach millions of players across the Postcode Lottery Group.

How you will make a difference
As Product Owner you are accountable for defining the product vision and translating it into a clear value-driven roadmap. You prioritise work based on business impact strategic alignment and technical feasibility ensuring the delivery of scalable reliable and customer-centric solutions that support both current needs and long-term growth.

You act as the bridge between business and development working closely with stakeholders to analyse needs clarify priorities and align expectations. Together with your team you define clear MVPs lead refinement and prioritisation sessions and maintain a structured backlog that enables focused and productive sprints. You drive release planning and ensure transparent communication around scope progress and delivery within your value stream.

We are particularly interested in Product Owners with experience in:

Back-end prize catalogue and fulfillment and end to end operational journeys experience

Data Migration especially with a strong technical background in data engineering data platforms or extensive operational data migration experience

Back-end Player/customer interactions improving player offline and online journeys by optimising engagement touchpoints and delivering seamless end to end data insights to enable other teams to improve digital experiences
