Ready to play a pivotal role in the future of automotive technology We are looking for a high-impact Senior Financial Analyst to partner with our Automotive leadership team providing the critical financial insights and accounting expertise that fuel our Field Systems segments global success. You will be at the heart of our financial operations transforming complex data into the actionable strategies that drive our business forward in a fast-paced innovative environment.

Field Systems: The Trimble Field Systems segment provides digital solutions that increase precision and productivity for Agriculture and Civil Construction. These solutions enable customers to plan design build and operate more efficiently and sustainably.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this role you will have true ownership of the Automotive divisions revenue model serving as a key strategic partner to both the Sales and Finance leadership teams. You wont just be crunching numbers; you will be analyzing global revenue trends building sophisticated long-term financial plans and providing the actionable insights that directly influence business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

Drive the Automotive divisions revenue modeling including monthly forecasting annual budgeting and long-term financial planning to guide leadership decisions. Master the revenue accounting lifecycle by overseeing contract reviews pricing setups and ASC 606 compliance for existing and emerging contracts. Provide actionable insights to the sales team by analyzing revenue trends and reviewing contracts to identify new growth opportunities. Manage end-to-end daily accounting operations from fixed asset management and costing to monthly closing activities and reconciliations. Partner with corporate financial teams to lead and execute high-impact ad hoc projects that streamline enterprise reporting.

Essential Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis ideally within a large technology or automotive business. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with a proven ability to automate reporting from large data sets. Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC-606 revenue recognition standards. Demonstrated expertise in business modeling forecasting and revenue carve-outs.

Bonus Points For

MBA degree. Experience with Oracle RevPro DOMO Adaptive or Hyperion. Experience in high-growth technology environments.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation depending on circumstances not related to an applicants sex or other status protected by local state or federal law.
