The role - your passion

• You are in charge of the Controlling and FP&A function leading a team of 4 people and part of the Roadsurfer Finance leadership team to shape the future of the departments.

• You own the companys financials including the business plan financial and liquidity forecasting KPI analysis and performance tracking.

• You take on critical company-wide analyses and act as sparring partner for key stakeholders.

• You work closely with the C-level team and support the preparation of financing rounds (Due Diligence Scenario Modelling etc.) and ongoing investor relations.

• Process Improvement: Enhance financial systems automation and reporting capabilities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

What you need to surf the wave with us

• Hire mentor and develop the FP&A team driving professional growth; you lead the team with energy and empathy.

• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• 7 years of Controlling/FP&A experience in banking consulting or a private equity or venture capital backed business. Experience in a fast-moving scale-up is a must.

• Intuitive understanding of what drives a business model and ability to validate by using financial and commercial data points.

• Experience pivoting decentralized systems finance systems into a modern scaleable platform.

• Outstanding financial modelling skills in particular using Excel is a must. Experience with Lucanet is a must have; ERP systems (SAP) DATEV Candis are a nice to have.

• Full proficiency in English; German will be considered a plus.
