The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the App Factory team you are a reliable and contributing member of the engineering team focused on delivering quality technology solutions. As an Associate you are expected to embrace a learning mindset take ownership of your development and actively engage with diverse perspectives to drive personal growth. This role offers the chance to work across various clients and technologies providing unique challenges that foster professional reputation and open new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and deployment of software applications
- Collaborate with team members to enhance project outcomes
- Engage in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Contribute to the design and implementation of DevOps practices
- Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards
- Utilize various tools and methodologies to streamline processes
- Support senior engineers in project tasks and initiatives
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and practices
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering
- 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Python Java or Scala
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP
- Knowledge of data lakes and cloud storage
- Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks
- Excelling in analytical and debugging skills
- Collaborating effectively in team environments
