Receptionist Permanent Part-Time
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Receptionist to join our diverse compassionate and dedicated team within the Calvary Kooyong precinct.
As a key member of our front-of-house team you will be the first point of contact for staff clients and their families delivering a welcoming environment and exemplary customer service at all times.
This is a permanent part-time position with a regular shift rostered one Saturday per month from 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Flexibility to provide coverage for planned and unplanned leave is also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Managing a fully functioning reception and switchboard service
- Coordination of administrative services for after-hours admissions and discharges
What you bring
- Experience with main Switchboard (Cisco System or similar)
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- High level of personal integrity to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously
- Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
