Receptionist Caskinette Ford (Carthage NY)

Caskinette Ford is looking for a friendly organized and reliable Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential to creating a welcoming environment for our customers and supporting daily dealership operations.
If you enjoy working with people staying organized and being part of a team that values great customer servicewed love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and connect them with the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean welcoming front desk and showroom area
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries as needed
- Provide administrative support to sales and service teams as needed
- Assist with data entry and light office tasks as needed
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers (basic Microsoft Office and phone systems)
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus but not required
