About the Role

As a Medical Lab Scientist you will play a vital role in supporting patient care by performing accurate and timely laboratory testing used in the diagnosis treatment and prevention of disease. Testing domains include waived moderate and highcomplexity procedures. Required: Blood Bank experience with waived moderate and highcomplexity testing in a clinical laboratory settingthrough education or handson work experience.

What Youll Need

Education (Required)

Bachelors Degree OR Associate Degree in one of the following:

• Medical Laboratory Science Program

• Medical Technologist

• Medical Technician

• Biology

• Chemistry

Preferred Licensure/Certification

• ASCPcertified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent

• Other acceptable certifications: ASCP or HEW

Pay Range: $30.00 $45.00per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
