.NET Developer – SSIS, API Development & Enterprise Data Management

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a skilled .NET Developer with SSIS expertise to design develop and optimize backend services and data this role you will work on building high-performance APIs integrating data across systems and supporting data-driven solutions within enterprise environments. Your contributions will enable seamless data management improve system performance and support business growth through reliable secure and scalable applications. You will collaborate across teams to ensure adherence to best practices and organizational standards.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Strong experience with Framework Core (5 years) for backend development

• Expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for data integration and ETL processes

• Proven ability to develop and consume Web APIs (RESTful services)

• Hands-on experience working with SQL Server and Oracle databases including query optimization and data management

• Proficiency in C# and MVC for developing web applications

• Experience with version control tools like Git or TFS

• Familiarity with SQL queries stored procedures and database schema design

Preferred:

• Exposure to Azure cloud services for deployment and integration

• Experience with OnBase or similar ECM systems (desired)

• Knowledge of front-end technologies for full-stack collaboration (optional)

Overall Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable maintainable backend services using C# Core

• Build and optimize Web APIs for internal and external integrations supporting enterprise processes

• Develop and execute SSIS packages for data migration transformation and integration tasks

• Collaborate with the team to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

• Ensure code quality security and performance standards are adhered to across projects

• Perform code reviews troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance

• Support deployment environment management and regular system maintenance activities

• Develop and maintain documentation for applications APIs and data workflows

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives

Technical Skills (By Category)

Programming Languages (Essential):

• C# Core (5 years)

Preferred:

• Front-end technologies such as JavaScript HTML CSS (for full-stack collaboration optional)

Frameworks & Libraries:

• MVC Entity Framework Web API

• SSIS for data integration and ETL workflows

Databases & Data Management:

• SQL Server Oracle with experience in query optimization and stored procedures

• Data transformation and migration using SSIS

Cloud & Deployment:

• Basic knowledge of Azure cloud deployment and services (desired)

Development Tools & Methodologies:

• Visual Studio TFS/ Azure DevOps Git

• Agile/Scrum practices and collaborative tools like JIRA Confluence

Security & Standards:

• Understanding of secure coding practices and data security in enterprise environments

Experience Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience developing backend solutions and data workflows in enterprise settings

• Demonstrated expertise in C# MVC and SSIS for large-scale data integration projects

• Proven success in optimizing database queries and building secure scalable APIs

• Experience working in agile teams supporting enterprise applications

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

• 5 years of experience in backend development data integration and enterprise applications

• Certifications in Microsoft technologies or data management (desired)

• Proven track record supporting large secure and scalable systems in regulated industries is advantageous
