Finning Canada is seeking a Parts Journeyperson in Regina. As the Parts Journeyperson you are responsible for handling a variety of parts sales duties including telephone and walk in parts sales orders as well as all facets of the parts ordering system.Whats In It For You

Job Description:
Parts Coordination related to customer equipment maintenance and repair in both the shop and field
Consistency in communicating estimated delivery dates to the service operations team
Communicate shipping options and freight estimates to the Service Operations team
Follow up on requests from the service team and remain accountable until the transaction is complete
Delivery of parts to various locations as determined by the service supervisors and CSM
Participate in parts related special projects and assignments
Participate in call quality and performance initiatives as required
Other functions may include but are not limited to:
NEP sourcing of CAT and non-CAT parts
Procurement of non-CAT parts
Managing backordered parts
Forklift operation
Building hoses
Qualifications:
Journeyperson parts certification coupled with previous parts warehouse front counter sales experience and Caterpillar product knowledge
A high performance positive attitude and the ability to build and maintain respectful working relationships
Clearly demonstrate enthusiasm about their work and must be able to function effectively and purposefully in a dynamic environment
Ability to deal with difficult situations and potentially unhappy customers
Computer literacy with applicable software knowledge along with shop parts experience
Experience with SIS AIMS Antares SIMSi InfoCast Landmark Smart Office and the MS Office Package will be considered assets
Important Details:
This position is a permanent full-time and based in Regina
This is a Monday Friday 5x2 shift
There may be be an on call requirement
This position may require travel
