Required Skills
- Two (2) years general experience providing secretarial duties and administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting personnel records payroll preparations of briefings filing taking phone calls scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Powerpoint Excel)
- Associates Degree in any field; 4 years of related experience can substitute for degree
Desired Skills
- Navy experience; knowledge of Navy correspondence and records management standards
- Experience the Defense Travel System (DTS)
