Role Summary and Impact
We plan design and build high performing digital products. Conversion leads are responsible for defining and running optimisation programmes for clients across the agency and supporting more junior team members to excel.
You will be responsible for the continual improvement of our clients websites and apps by understanding clients business models determining where there are opportunities for digital improvement conducting and analysing research and building testing programmes.
You will be operating at a senior level mentoring colleagues and youll also support on new business pitches
You will be able to set up and analyse the results of AB/MV testing and personalisation programmes work with UX Consultants and other disciplines to determine what qualitative and quantitative research activities are required and work with UX designers developers and content writers to define and plan prioritise and test hypotheses from concept through to production.

In your role you will be:
- Understanding client business models spotting opportunities for commercial optimisation and building test and insight plans.
- Testing implement manage and analyse AB and MV tests and personalisation programmes working with project managers designers UX consultants and developers to define hypotheses and ensure smooth design and production of tests.
- Client-centric creating and maintain good relationships with clients and support new business development and pitching.
- Innovating working with other senior members of the agency to proactively develop Codes conversion rate optimisation services and processes.
- Leadership leading and line managing more junior members of the discipline helping them to improve their craft.
Essential:
- Experience taking a leading role in the CRO service working closely with clients and directing other team members
- Proficient in customer experience analytics tools (e.g. Clarity Hotjar etc)
- Proficient in planning and implementing personalisation AB and MV testing programmes
- Proficient in common AB/MVT software (e.g. Convert Adobe Target Optimizely)
- Proficient in defining objectives and KPIs on digital projects
- An understanding of marketing channels and traffic sources
- Proficient in Google Analytics/other analytics tools
- A good understanding of UX research and how to use it for your role
Desirable:
- An understanding of persuasion usability and information architecture
- Qualitative and quantitative user research techniques (user testing depth interviews tree testing card sorting surveys etc)
- An understanding of JavaScript HTML and CSS
