Job Summary

KSR has an immediate opening for aHuman Resources GeneralistKSR International - Ridgetown ONThe Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting HR operations. This position is responsible for delivering core HR services including talent acquisition employee relations training and development compensation and benefits compliance and organizational unionized environments the HR Generalist also supports labour relations including the interpretation and application of collective agreements participation in union discussions and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and practices. The role partners with leadership and team members to foster a positive work environment aligned with the companys mission vision and ID: 2026.3Reporting To:Human Resources ManagerQualifications:Post-secondary certificate or diploma in Human Resources or equivalent experience. 2 years of HR experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting. Experience in a unionized environment is preferred.
