- Strategically plan and oversee production schedules and costs aligning them with the organizations targets.
- Build and sustain a productive team through strategic hiring continuous training personalized coaching and corrective actions when necessary.
- Champion the implementation of consistent industry-leading practices and policies.
- Keep the leadership informed with precise timely reports on production efficiency downtime costs and more.
- Lead safety awareness initiatives resolve safety issues and investigate any incidents to prevent future occurrences.
- Innovate and enhance processes by actively participating in continuous improvement activities.
