Part-Time On-site Position Contingent Upon Award
Join Synertex LLC in supporting a high-visibility federal mission through structured analysis coordination and execution support. We are seeking a Functional Consultant to provide part-time on-site support across initiative management research and governance activities. This role is designed to supplement program execution through targeted fractional support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide functional and analytical support for program initiatives and tasking.
- Support initiative and project coordination including tracking milestones deliverables and dependencies.
- Conduct research and analysis to support program decisions and operational improvements.
- Assist with development of documentation reports and briefing materials.
- Support governance and PMO activities including meeting coordination and action item tracking.
- Collaborate with government and contractor stakeholders to support execution priorities.
- Ensure accuracy consistency and timeliness of program support outputs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting federal programs in an analyst consultant or functional support role.
- Demonstrated experience with initiative support research analysis and documentation.
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
- Public Trust clearance required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a part-time on-site role.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
