Job Description:
To support our Oncology Team in Switzerland we are looking for support as:
Brand Manager Oncology (f/m/d)
Tasks and repsonsibilities:
Leads the development and execution of the local commercial action plan based on the local brand plan to position the assigned products in line with the Brand Team strategy
Leads the localization of the commercial part of the global Brand Plan(s) and its adaptation to local needs and regulations
Responsible for the localization of global projects in alignment with strategic objectives
Drives the cross-functional execution of the local commercial action and stakeholder engagement plan.
Leads local commercial projects in incorporating an omnichannel-engagement-approach for various projects
Proactively develops and executes marketing projects with agencies from concept to implementation.
Actively contributes to market insight generation. Monitors market trends research consumer markets and competitors activities
Collaborates effectively to ensure optimal interactions aimed to support product portfolio strategy
Close collaboration with sales force and responsible for product-related marketing training
Manages necessary internal/external networks consultants and agency partners
Develops external expert engagement strategy and plan in collaboration with sales lead and commercial lead oncology
Manages monthly budget of tactical planning and budget reconciliation.
Manages the Promotional Materials Review process from development through approval.
Participation at national and international congresses. Leads product specific part of national and regional Ipsen meetings
Qualification required:
Bachelor or Masters in Marketing Life Science or Business Administration
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry or biotechnology companies ideally in Oncology
Experience with omnichannel activities and trends
Strong communicator and like to set a good example as a motivator and team player
Innovative goal-oriented personality with a high level of self-motivation
Problem solving & solution oriented
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to identify and understand market trends
Solid understanding of the Swiss healthcare environment as well as excellent project management skills
Fluent in German and English French is an advantage
