Tasks
- Build and manage our sales funnel from lead generation and qualification to closing and retention
- Design and refine the customer journey to ensure seamless collaboration between marketing sales implementation and success
- Implement and maintain systems that enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Sales Operations Revenue Operations or a related role ideally within a SaaS or AI-driven environment
- Fluent in German and English both spoken and written (other languages are a plus)
- A systems thinker who thrives on structure metrics and optimization
- A proactive builder who takes ownership and moves ideas into action
- Experienced in adapting processes to different markets and customer segments
