Position Summary:
NPS Prism has experienced tremendous growth as a standalone software and data businessover the past few years and is making the leap from being a consulting-led business to a technology-led business. Given that shift we are looking to build our team with world-class team members to help drive business growth to its full potential in this next phase. We areseekingan experienced and highly motivatedData ScientistIIspecializing inLarge Language Models (LLMs)to join our dynamic ideal candidate will have a strongbackgroudinPythonwith OOPS LLM & GenAI andMulti-Agent Chatbotmachine learning natural language processing and a proventrack recordof deploying LLMs to solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Developand deployLLM-based solutionsto address various business challenges.
Design build and optimize machine learning models particularly focusing onLLMs such as GPT Llama Flan T5and similar architectures.
Designed and developedLLM-based chatbot solutionsleveragingRAG multi-agent architectures quantitative analysis modules and automated report generation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with Data Engineering Product and Technology teams on further build out of analytics architecture.
Conduct research and stayup to datewith the latest advancements in LLMs and NLP.
Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Communicate findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Ensure the scalability and robustness of LLM solutions in production environments.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ML infrastructure and practices.
Take ownership of end-to-end projectsoperatingwhere theres a high degree of ambiguity and delivering results within ambitious timelines
Required Educational Qualifications Experience & Skills
EducationalQualifications:
- Bachelorsor Mastersdegree in computer science Data Science Statistics ora relatedfield.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in data science with a focus onGenAINLP multi-agentchatbotand LLMs.
Skills:
ProficiencyinPythonPySpark SQL and VectorDBandGithub.
Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch Hugging Face TransformersLangchain).
Strong understanding of LLM architectures training techniques and fine-tuning methods.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud Azure Databricks) andAzureMLOpsor other SDLC tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communicationskills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience in a start-up fast-growth rapid-change environment
Must be self-motivated dedicated to quality and must always strive to do the right thing
