A privately held multi-entity construction services company is seeking a provenPresidentto lead daily execution develop leaders and drive long-term growth.
This role partners closely with the CEO allowing ownership to focus on vision and strategy while the President leads operations people and performance.
We are seeking a construction executive with strong business acumen and exceptional leadership skills. This is not just an operations roleit requires someone who builds culture coaches leaders and drives accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple business units
- Translate strategy into execution and results
