This role partners closely with the CEO allowing ownership to focus on vision and strategy while the President leads operations people and performance.
We are seeking a construction executive with strong business acumen and exceptional leadership skills. This is not just an operations roleit requires someone who builds culture coaches leaders and drives accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple business units
- Translate strategy into execution and results
- Develop and mentor leadership teams
- Full P&L ownership. Drive financial performance and operational excellence
- Strengthen client relationships and market presence
- Build scalable systems and accountability rhythms
Qualifications
- 10 years of senior leadership in construction
- Proven success leading leaders
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- High emotional intelligence and communication skills
