Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a mid-level associate (3 years of experience) to help support our growing world-class Technology Transactions practice.Fenwicks Technology Transactions practice handles complex innovative technology transactions for some of the most prominent and startup technology digital media consumer technology in the United States and internationally. Our practice works closely with our Corporate Group which is also consistently ranked as one of the top startup IPO and M&A practices for technology and life sciences in the United States and internationally.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have substantial law firm experience a deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law experience in complex commercial transactions of all varieties for both earlier stage and later stage/public technology companies and be able to advise on the intellectual/commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral written and interpersonal skills required.
We are hiring in New York Silicon Valley San Francisco and Santa Monica. We require that the candidate must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

The anticipated range for this position is:
$260000 - $390000Depending on the role the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors including without limitation the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and if applicable the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
