Additional Pay Incentives:
- $2/hourweekend differential
- $3/hourfor couple care assignments
Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients homes
- Assist with daily living activities includingbathing grooming dressing and hygiene
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and light exercise
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Run errands and provide transportation
- Follow each clients individualized Home Plan of Care
Requirements
- Must be18 years or older
- Validdrivers licenseand reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in theUnited States
- Ability to pass abackground check and interview screening
- Prior caregiving experience preferred butnot required
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Calm flexible and professional demeanor
- Professional appearance with a commitment to quality care
- Ability to sit stand bend reach and lift up to50 lbs
- Able to navigate stairs and assist with client mobility
