Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is a private nonprofit community-based healthcare system that provides care to a 22-county region in North Florida and South Georgia. We are a career destination with over 6000 colleagues who reflect the diversity of our community.
TMH is the regions healthcare leader and top provider of advanced care with a 772-bed acute care hospital and the regions only:
- Level II Trauma Center
- Primary Stroke Center
- Level III Neonatal Intensive Care

HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Upholds patients rights advocates for patients and families and enhances the overall patient experience continuously.
- Serves as a patient advocate.
- Manages patient feedback and suggestions.
- Serves as a resource to the organization for improving patient satisfaction and the patient experience.
- Performs duties in accordance with Tallahassee Memorial HealthCares (TMH) strategic plan and quality improvement (QI) principles.

- Director/Patient Experience

WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Associate degree in health care social sciences communication or a related field.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelors degree in health care social sciences communication or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Three (3) years of relevant health care patient advocacy patient relations customer service or performance improvement experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office.
- Skilled in using computer applications in day-to-day functions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to unite around a common goal.
- Possesses a desire to make a difference.
- Professional.
- Goal oriented.
- Detail oriented.
- Organized.
- Compassionate.
- Empathetic.
