RSI Community in the Orange County area (Chapel Hill is looking for a Transportation Assistant to work part-time Monday-Friday from 7am-9am & 2pm-4pm to assist with the transportation of individuals with intellectual disabilities. The Transportation Assistant will use a company van/vehicle to provide the transportation.
ABOUT RSI
- Provides support to over 120 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
- RSI employs more than 250 clinical direct care nursing and administrative staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A valid Drivers License at least 6 months of driving experience (as a licensed driver) and a safe driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Ability to remain calm patient and composed in challenging situations with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
