- Perform water mitigation tarping board-up mold remediation and carpet cleaning/reinstallation
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and urgency
- Maintain company vehicles equipment and job sites
- Participate in an on-call rotation (nights/weekends as needed)
- Support warehouse and team operations as needed
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Commitment to customer service
- Valid drivers license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable using small tools
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to learn and grow
