What Youll Be Responsible For
- Driving sales growth and margin across both businesses
- Being customer-facing: building relationships opening doors and winning work
- Creating and implementing new sales initiatives routes to market and propositions
- Setting and delivering commercial strategy aligned to capacity and capability
- Full P&L ownership with accountability for results
- Leading teams to deliver on quality service and on-time performance
- Protecting and promoting core values: quality integrity innovation collaboration and care
About You
- Strong sales/commercial background in engineering manufacturing or a technical sales environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and commercial performance
- Confident operating in front of customers from OEMs to tier-one suppliers
- Entrepreneurial commercially astute and action-oriented
- Comfortable balancing sales operations and people leadership
