Salary: 26437 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Sunday (between 7am 9 pm)
An exciting opportunity has opened at My Pets Vets for an experienced and enthusiastic Client Care assistant to join our fantastic front-of-house team on a fixed-term contract!

Joining the Reception team at My Pets Vets means becoming a part of a supportive and growth-oriented environment where your skills and dedication will be truly appreciated.
The position will be on a shift basis ranging between 7am and 9pm with 1 in 4 weekends and bank holiday participation.
The duties will involve but are not limited to:
Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm professional manner.
Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures.
Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone.
Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly.
Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork filling in forms etc.
Processing prescription requests.
Taking payments.
Promoting offers and services.
Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked.

Experience of working within a customer-facing role.
Previous Reception experience (Highly desirable)
