Learning and Development and Learning Lab

At the Corporate Centre the Learning and Development team is leading the charge in shaping the learning landscape across the Godrej Industries Group. Our goal is to elevate learning initiatives foster a culture of continuous growth and empower individuals to excel. This is achieved through a Group Learning Lab that focuses on developing functional behavioural and leadership capabilities through initiatives at the Group level. As a key member of this Godrej Learning Lab youll collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver innovative high-impact learning solutions that harness cutting-edge instructional design principles.

About the role

We are looking for a driven individual for the role of Learning and Development - Senior Executive to oversee the operations delivery and data tracking of the Group Functional Academies. This role will ensure seamless execution of academy initiatives manage key projects and timelines and engage with senior leaders who partner and advise each functional academy (Marketing Supply Chain and Manufacturing Finance HR and ESG).

KeyResponsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple Group Functional Academies; drive planning execution and tracking of all deliverables
  • Partner with various business stakeholders functional leaders and Subject Matter Experts to co-create learning journeys gather inputs and keep momentum high
  • Drive project plans cadences and deliverables across functions; ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with the Learning Operations Team to coordinate end-to-end coordination of learning programs
  • Track and analyse learner data course adoption platform usage and bring out emerging learner trends for driving the effectiveness and outcomes of academy programs
  • Develop dashboards for the leadership team that provide insights into learning outcomes and adoption.
  • Oversee the implementation and delivery of learning programs ensuring quality and consistency in content delivery and learning outcomes

Who are we looking for

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate

Experience:2-3 years of work experience

Skills:

  • Excellent at working with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Data-driven mindset and skilled at creating dashboards
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories is a plus
