Right now were seeking a Commercial Team Manager who will continue to play their part in caring for the lives of everyone on Victorias roads. About the role
This role leads a specialist team responsible for high-quality analysis advice and recommendations in the development and ongoing management of fee schedules and commercial arrangements for TAC suppliers and contracted partners. The role ensures timely fee updates and indexation supports the development of sustainable pricing models and provides data-driven commercial expertise to inform performance and strategic decision-making. With a strong focus on efficiency and continuous improvement the role streamlines core commercial systems processes and workflows. Working collaboratively with the Performance Partnerships and Service Delivery and operational teams the Team Manager ensures commercial activities align with organisational objectives and deliver value from health and disability services. Ideal role for a leader with a background in finance commerce or business environments.
About the Team
Youll join the Commercial & Funding Team within the Provider Markets and Commercial Division an expert group responsible for fee schedule management and funding frameworks. Youll lead a team of seven skilled specialists who value stakeholder engagement analytical thinking and continuous improvement.

Commercial and Funding Expertise
Brings strong experience in fee governance indexation purchasing models or related commercial frameworks with the ability to provide highquality technical advice and lead complex fee and equipment functions.
