Title: Product Developer Next Generation Products (NGP)

Role Summary:
The role is responsible for the development formulation and maintenance of Next Generation Nicotine Products (NGP). The position functions in practice as Lead Developer for new product development and acts as a key subject matter expert within chemistry raw materials and product safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Formulation
- Development and formulation of new NGP products including recipes and pilot batches
- Ensuring compliance with own patents internal specifications and product requirements
- Insourcing of existing products and development of new variants
- Stability studies (accelerated and non-accelerated)
- Packaging method development and testing
Raw Materials & Supplier Management
- Supplier contact for fibers flavors nicotine and raw materials
- Evaluation and testing of new materials and suppliers.
- NDA-based access and control of composition data
Chemical Regulatory & Laboratory Responsibilities
- Chemical troubleshooting and dangerous goods expertise
- Creation of SDS PCN notifications and ingredient lists
- Analytical method development (HPLC-MS pH KF LOD)
- General laboratory operations and equipment oversight
Competency Profile:
- Chemistry/Laboratory background
- Product development and regulatory experience
- High degree of autonomy and ownership
- Structured and quality-focused mindset
