We are growing our team! Our local home Inspection company is looking for a smart extremely organized tech-savvy self motivated Office Administrator. Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5:00PM. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly great with details master of excel excellent phone skills and enjoys keeping things running behind the scenes.
Daily Tasks Include:
Answering busy phones & talking with clients.
Scheduling home inspections & managing the schedules of all field staff.
Handling Office paperwork.
Supporting our marketing and social media team (Bonus points for Canva and AI experience!)
Who You Are:
Comfortable with tech and digital tools.
Friendly extremely dependable and organized.
A team player who is not afraid to initiate tasks.
