The Role:

WeareseekinganaccomplishedandhighlyorganizedPlanning & Coordination Managertojoinourdedicatedteamservinga major client in theluxurysector. This pivotalrolewillbeinstrumental inensuringtheseamlessexecutionstrategicalignment andoptimizedperformance of mediacampaignsacrossmultipleEuropeanmarkets. Thesuccessfulcandidatewillactasacentral hub for coordinationdrivingefficiencymaintainingthehighestqualitystandards andcontributingdirectlyto theachievementof client objectiveswithina high-stakes brand-sensitiveenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • StrategicSupport:CollaboratecloselywiththeDirectortostrategicallyshapeandrefineclient mediastrategyand serviceofferingsensuringfullalignmentwiththeagreedscope ofworkand the uniquedemandsof theluxurymarket.
  • Campaign Orchestration (EURMarkets):Lead the end-to-end coordination of mediacampaigndelivery performancetracking andcomprehensivereportingacrossallEuropean(EUR)marketsensuringconsistencyand brandintegrity.
  • PerformanceManagement:Proactivelymanagecampaignexecutionprioritizeteamactivitiesconductdiligent spot checks of reports and drivecontinuousoptimizationefforts toconsistentlymeetandexceedclient volumeefficiency and brandsafetytargets.
  • Local TeamEnablement:Provideexpert guidance support andresourcesto local marketteamsthroughoutthe plandevelopmentimplementation andexecutionphases ofcampaignsfosteringbest practices.
  • QualityAssurance &Accountability:Maintainultimateaccountabilityfor the impeccablequalityofcampaigndelivery client communications and allreportingoutputsensuringtheymeetthe high standardsexpectedby aluxuryclient.
  • MeetingLeadership:Facilitateand lead keyinternalandexternalstatusmeetingsensuringclearassignmentof action items diligent follow-through andtimelydeliveryofagreed-uponoutcomes.
  • ClientCommunication:Regularlycommunicatetop-levelcampaignperformance updates to the clientmaintainingtransparency building trust andfosteringstrong collaborativerelationships.
  • ContinuousImprovement:Continuouslymonitorestablisheddeliveryprocessesandactivelyidentify propose andimplementinnovativeopportunitiesfor processrefinementefficiencygains and performanceenhancement.

DesiredSkillsandExperiences:

Experience:A minimum of 3-5yearsof progressiveexperiencein media planningbuying oraccountmanagementgainedwithineitheranagencyor mediaexposureparticularlywithinEuropeanmarketsishighlyvalued.

LanguageProficiency:

French:Fluency(bothwrittenandspoken)isamandatoryrequirement.

English:Businessprofessionalproficiency(bothwrittenandspoken)isessential.

Luxury& MediaPassion:Ademonstratedpassion for anddeepunderstandingof theluxurybrandlandscapecoupledwithakeenawarenessof global media trends and innovation.

Analytical Acumen:Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to interpret complex data setsidentifyactionable insights and drive data-backed recommendations. Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excelisrequired.

OrganizationalExcellence:Exceptionalorganizationalskillsmeticulousattention todetail and theprovenabilitytomanagemultipleprojectspriorities and deadlinessimultaneouslyin a fast-paced high-pressureenvironment.

Proactive &Collaborative:A proactive self-motivated and andcontributepositivelyto adynamicmulticulturalteamenvironment.

Platform Experience:Prior experienceutilizingglobal campaign management platforms is a significant plus.
