Your mission

As ourInformation Security Manageryoullplaya central rolein ensuring thatFinagomeets regulatory requirements follows industry best practices and continuously develops its information security culture. You will collaborate closely with our CISO business teams product development and the wider security community acrossFinago.

You will be part of a team ofsecurity professionals andparticipatein oncall activities on a regular basis.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliancewith security regulations and frameworks through regular audits assessments and continuous improvement activities

• Developing andmaintainingour Information Security Management System (ISMS)in line with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIS2

• Identifying assessing prioritizing and mitigating information security risks and reporting them to Enterprise Risk Management

• Leading and delivering engaging security awareness programsacross the organization

• Overseeing physical security measures ensuring they are proportionatemonitored and continuously improved

• Collaborating with crossfunctional teamsto embed security into business processes and strengthen security culture

• Driving continuous improvementbased on industry trends regulatory updates and emerging risks

• Developingmaintaining and enforcing security policies and proceduresthat align with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives

• Reviewing and monitoring supplier compliancewith information security requirements and expectations

This is a permanent fulltime position primarily based atFinagosNorway offices in Oslo or Skien. However we can also consider the possibility of the role being based at our Espoo office.

Youllget to influence how secure compliant and trusted modern financial software is built across a wide Nordic product ecosystem. Your work will directly contribute to a stronger security posture for tens of thousands of customers.

Werelooking for an experienced information security professional ready to elevate our compliance and risk management practices. To succeed in this position:

• You have35 yearsof experience in information security management and compliance ( 27001 NIS2)

• You have strong experience inrisk management frameworksand ISMS development

• You bring ananalytical mindsetand ability toprioritizerisks effectively

• You are proactive curious and committed to continuous improvement

• You havehands-on experiencedelivering security awareness programs

• You hold relevant certifications such asCISM CISA ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor CISSPor equivalent

• Youare able tocomfortably discuss technical topics withstakeholders

• You are fluent in English and either Norwegian or Finnish
