The role
You will support the Commercial Leasing team to deliver high-quality leasing outcomes across a diverse government property portfolio. Working closely with internal stakeholders client agencies and external service providers you will contribute to lease negotiations market rent reviews approvals reporting and due diligence activities.
Bringing strong commercial judgement and attention to detail you will help manage leasing transactions from initiation through to execution ensuring compliance with government policy timelines and delegations while maintaining a strong focus on client service and value for money.

What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering commercial leasing property or related transactions in a complex environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Sound commercial acumen analytical capability and attention to detail to support decision-making and accurate reporting
Essential requirement
- Tertiary qualifications in property or a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge skills and experience
