Inside Sales Representative Appointment Setter
Hourly Pay Performance Incentives
Were seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls and convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments. This role operates in a structured performance-driven environment where results consistency and professionalism are key.
You will engage prospects by phone identify needs address basic objections and confidently schedule appointments. This position involves a high call volume (2030 calls per hour) accurate CRM documentation and close coordination with the sales team to ensure quality handoffs.
Schedule:
MondayThursday: 2:00 PM8:00 PM
Friday: Optional 2:00 PM5:00 PM
SaturdaySunday: 10:00 AM2:00 PM

Compensation:
Hourly base pay with additional performance-based bonuses and weekly incentives tied to productivity and appointment quality.

Ideal candidates:
Demonstrate strong communication skills comfort working toward performance metrics reliability and a willingness to follow proven processes while maintaining natural conversations. Prior inside sales call center or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not required.
